Privacy notice
Last updated: 9 May 2026
This privacy notice explains how NewBridge Pathway collects and uses personal information when you visit this website, request a methodology note by email, request an Evidence Posture Snapshot, or contact us.
At a glance
We collect information you submit through forms, use privacy-focused analytics, do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking, and do not treat a methodology-note request as consent to unrelated marketing.
Who we are
NewBridge Pathway is responsible for this website and the research materials published on it.
Contact: privacy@newbridgepathway.com
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide through forms on this website, including your email address, name, firm, role, and any information you choose to include in a snapshot request.
We also use privacy-focused analytics to understand whether the website is working. Analytics may include page views, referrer information, approximate location derived from network data, device type, and custom events such as CTA clicks or snapshot form submissions. We do not use session replay, heatmaps, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking on this website.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- send the methodology note or research material you requested;
- respond to Evidence Posture Snapshot requests;
- operate, secure, and improve the website;
- understand aggregate interest in our research and services;
- keep appropriate records of inquiries and responses.
Legal bases
Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to operate this website, respond to inquiries, understand aggregate engagement, and develop research relevant to mortgage servicing and regulated communications. Where required for electronic marketing, we will seek consent separately.
Requesting a methodology note by email is treated as a request to receive that specific material. We will not treat that request as blanket consent to unrelated marketing.
Service providers
We may use service providers to host the website, process forms, deliver emails, and provide privacy-focused analytics. These providers process information on our behalf. For the initial release of this website, expected providers include Cloudflare Pages for hosting, Formspree for form processing, and Plausible for analytics.
Some providers may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we will rely on appropriate safeguards where required.
Cookies
This website does not set first-party cookies. We use Plausible Analytics without cookies, session replay, heatmaps, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. Formspree may set cookies on its own domain when processing form submissions; those cookies are governed by Formspree's policy and cannot be read by this website. Your browser may store local preferences in local storage, which you can clear through browser settings.
Retention
We keep methodology-note request and inquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was provided, for follow-up relating to the requested material or engagement, and for ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete your information.
Marketing communications
If we offer broader research updates, invitations, or marketing communications, we will ask for consent where required and provide a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Talent network
The talent network is a separate mailing list for people who want to be notified when NewBridge Pathway opens new positions. It is governed by a single-purpose contract.
What we collect. Only the email address you provide on the careers page form. We do not collect a name, location, CV, or any other identifying detail at signup.
What we use it for. Notifications about new open positions at NewBridge Pathway. Realistically a few times a year, not weekly.
What we will never do. We will never share your email with third parties or use it for any purpose other than hiring notifications. The talent network list is single-purpose by design and is not cross-merged with the contact list, methodology-note request list, or Evidence Posture Snapshot intake.
Lawful basis. Consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) – the act of submitting the talent-network form is your explicit consent for the single purpose described above. You may withdraw consent at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing us directly.
Retention. Until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days for purge propagation across our backups and service provider records. After 30 days your email is removed entirely.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
We may update this privacy notice as the website, research activity, or service providers change. The updated notice will be posted on this page.
